The Story of Willetts Farm

Willetts Farm has been owned by the Ashby family for four generations and over 100 years. Nestled on the Kent and East Sussex border in Blackham just outside Tunbridge Wells. The Farm lies in the area known as the 'Weald' in beautiful 'Garden of England' countryside, the River Medway flowing gently through it's green pastures, creating the perfect picturesque environment for high quality Ice Cream production. The Ashby's have always kept a dairy herd, which is currently numbered at 160 Holstein/Friesian cows, producing award-winning* fresh milk.

Robin, Audrey, and their son Kevin started making and selling Ice Cream in 1989 launching the popular and widely enjoyed Willetts Farm Ice Cream brand. The Ice Cream is sold in about 100 outlets across the South of England.

With it's light, refreshing taste and wide choice of flavours, unique only to Willetts Farm, our Ice Creams are enjoyed by thousands of locals and visitors to the South of England every year.

All of our Ice Creams and Sorbets produced on the farm are suitable for Vegetarians, as they are egg and gluten free.
